Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you’re eligible for a free reprint or full refundprovided you report the issue within 30 daysof delivery, per Printify’s reprint & refund policy . To initiate a claim, submit a photo of the issue along with your order ID to your support email within this 30-day window .
Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges
For returns or exchanges not related to product defects (e.g., size changes), please request a return within 30 daysof delivery. All non-defective returns are subject to supplier approval, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs .
