Plants and their benefits:
- Silybum marianum leaves: Recognized for its cholagogue and decongestant properties of the liver, they act against digestive disorders (dyspepsia) and liver diseases. Additionally, they also treat liver failure, gallstones, and heavy periods.
- Fenugreek: Rich in trace elements such as potassium, sulfur, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, it contains many vitamins such as vitamins A, B1 and C. Decongestant and having expectorant properties on mucus, fenugreek stimulates sleep and reduces snoring.
- Marigold flowers: Very rich in fiber, vitamins (A, B6, B9 and C), minerals (Calcium, Iron and Potassium) and antioxidants.
